Your plan includes monthly AI Credits. Top-ups use the same standard credit markup on every plan. AI use through your own supported subscription or API key is billed by that provider, separately from Mainframe.
Yes, for supported work. Eligible routines use a connected ChatGPT or OpenAI subscription first, then your own API key, then Mainframe credits. The always-on assistant currently uses Mainframe credits; extending the same order to it is in progress.
No. Prices are shown in USD before VAT. Stripe Tax calculates and adds applicable VAT at checkout after your request.
Yes. Request the move when you need a team workspace or your own machine. A self-serve one-click move is part of the planned upgrade flow; until it is available in your workspace, we arrange the move with you.
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle unless your order says otherwise.
