Create, Activate, Connect and Delegate with us beside you inside your Mainframe. We confirm the exact sequence at kickoff.

    Create your Mainframe

    We create and configure your private cloud computer* with you, then bring in the business context you choose.

  2. DAYS 2–3

    Activate your assistant

    We set up your assistant around your first workflow, the result you expect and the knowledge it should use.

  3. DAYS 4–5

    Connect your tools

    You authorise each supported connection in your name. We help connect the accounts and test the workflow together.

  4. DAYS 6–7

    Delegate your first workflow

    We build your first workflow as a routine on your schedule, check its first result with you and hand it over.

* Solo plans run on a shared, isolated cloud computer. All other plans get their own dedicated machine.

How we work in your Mainframe
  1. 01 / CALL: A 30-minute call.

    We agree your first workflow, what a good result looks like, and which tools and information it needs.

  2. 02 / BUILD: We build it inside your Mainframe.

    You invite us from Settings as a member of your own workspace. Everything we do happens on your board, under our name, in your audit trail, and you can watch it as it goes.

  3. 03 / AUTHORISE: You authorise your own tools.

    Each connector is an OAuth grant in your name. On the call we drive and you approve each tool, so the access is yours from the first minute.

  4. 04 / HANDOVER: Handover, then 30 days of support.

    We walk you through what runs and when. You remove us in one click or keep us as a support seat for the 30 days of asynchronous support.

  • During the setup we are a member of your workspace, with access to what is on it. You can remove that access at any time, in one click.
  • Mainframe operators keep machine-level access to run the service, as described on the security page.

Is the Mainframe subscription included?

No. The Concierge Setup fee covers your first workflow. Your ongoing Mainframe subscription, additional AI usage beyond included credits, third-party subscriptions and extra workflows are separate.

Who connects my accounts?

You authorise each connector in your own name. We help you connect the supported tools the workflow needs, and we agree the exact scope before you commit.

Can I see what you build?

Yes. You invite us as a member of your Mainframe. Our work happens on your board under our name, with the audit trail available to you. You can remove our membership at any time.

What happens after handover?

Your Mainframe and the workflow remain yours on your subscription. The setup includes 30 days of asynchronous support. We scope any extra workflows separately.
