FOUNDER SETUP / A WORKING ENGAGEMENT

Get a recurring job off your plate.

We take one job you repeat every week, build it into your own Mainframe with your context and your tools, and hand it over working, with the approvals you set.

Your notes go in. A draft comes back with your services and your pricing applied, and the gaps flagged rather than guessed. You read it, adjust it, send it.

The week is pulled together from the tools you connect, set against what you planned, and written in the format you already use. You check it and send it.

Illustrative examples of a first workflow, not customer results. What yours can do depends on the material you can share, the connections we confirm and the scope we agree.

WHAT HAPPENS

From recurring job to working agent.

  1. 01

    A working session, together

We start with the job you want gone: how it runs now, what it costs when it slips, and what good output looks like. Scope, price and a start date are agreed in writing first.

  2. 02

    Your Mainframe, configured

Your own private Mainframe, set up with the company context you bring and the connections you authorise.

  3. 03

Your first agent, live on real work

We build one recurring job into a working workflow and run it on your real work, not a demo dataset, until you would act on the output.

  4. 04

Handover, so your team runs it

You and your team are shown how to run it, change it and inspect what it did. Yours to operate, not a black box we hold.

  5. 05

Thirty days with us on call

For 30 days after handover your questions come to us in writing, while the workflow settles into your week.

Timelines depend on the scope we agree and on access being available. We say so on the call if a job is not a fit yet.

THE ENGAGEMENT

Everything that is included.

One price, one stated scope. Anything outside it is named here rather than assumed.

Included in your setup

  • One configured Mainframe
  • Selected company context and connections
  • One working recurring workflow
  • Handover
  • 30 days of asynchronous support

Billed separately

  • Your ongoing Mainframe subscription
  • Additional AI usage beyond the credits included in your plan
  • Third-party subscriptions you choose to connect
  • Extra workflows beyond the first one

Your ongoing plan is billed separately.

Each plan includes monthly AI Credits and you can top up at any time.

Scope, readiness, taxes, payment terms and a start date are confirmed with you before any commitment. + VAT where applicable

FIT

Is this a fit?

Plain guidance so you can rule it in or out before you spend time on a call.

A good first workflow

  • You run or own the business and can authorise access to the tools involved.
  • The job repeats: weekly, per client, or per deal.
  • The information it needs already exists somewhere you can share.
  • You can agree which actions run automatically and which need approval.

Probably not yet

  • There is no recurring job yet, only a one-off piece of work.
  • The work depends on a system nobody can give access to.
  • You are looking for a company-wide transformation rather than one workflow.

If it is not a fit we will say so on the call, and where useful suggest a smaller bounded result instead.

QUESTIONS

Before you commit.

Is the Mainframe subscription included in the setup fee?

No. The setup fee is a one-off for the implementation. Your ongoing Mainframe plan is billed separately, as are additional AI usage beyond your included credits, any third-party subscriptions you connect, and further workflows beyond the first one.

What do I need to provide?

Access to the tools and information the workflow uses, examples of the output you want, and the time to review the first results with us. We confirm exactly what is needed in the written scope before you commit.

Can the workflow act without me?

Workflows can run on a schedule and use the permissions you authorise. You decide what runs automatically and what comes back for approval. Connecting a tool is not blanket permission to send messages or change records.

What happens after the 30 days of support?

Your Mainframe and the workflow are yours to keep running on your subscription. Additional workflows or further implementation work are scoped and quoted separately.

Who provides the service and handles my data?

Mainframe is a product by Inflection Systems. Connected services and AI providers process data to carry out tasks. See the security and privacy pages for how that works.
